All orders have a pre-shipment tracking label, once the package is picked up by the courier, it may take up to 48 hours to fully update.

We do NOT take responsibility for any lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Please contact us immediately! We are not responsible for damaged products unless it is a manufacturing damage, which can be claimed for up to 48 hours after delivery. If you contact us after more than 48 hours have passed, we have the right to reject the claim. All lashes must still be in the original packaging & unworn to be eligible for a replacement lash.
